Al-Shahd Company has decided to allocate a portion of the land for date palm cultivation using the Medjool variety and offer it in the form of shares. Each share represents one acre, and the shareholder becomes the owner after paying the ownership fees to the state.
Al-Majdool project is based on an innovative model for organic farming under the guidance of palm cultivation consultants. It aims to provide investment opportunities for Arab nationals, ensuring the highest returns without the hassle.

The cost of participating in one share is EGP 250,000 (Prices are subject to updates) inclusive of all expenses, including production. In the first year of production, expenses for fertilization, labor, and other production-related costs are deducted from the revenue. Additionally, the expenses for land ownership from the government are also accounted for.
The distribution of returns to the investor is made after marketing and selling the product, with two-thirds allocated to the shareholder and one-third to the company, following the principles of Islamic finance in farming ventures.

How can I participate in the company's projects?
After reviewing the company's projects and feasibility studies, you can select a specific project. Send a copy of your national ID card to initiate the contracting procedures and schedule a contract signing appointment. We will provide instructions on how to make the contribution payment, which can be done via bank transfer to the company's account numbers or in cash at the company's headquarters located at 114 Joseph Tito Street, New Nozha, Cairo, 9th floor.
What is the contract system in the company?
The company operates on a participation and contribution system (Islamic farming). The contract duration is ten years, which can be extended since the maximum legal duration for contracts is ten years. The company remains committed to the project for its lifetime. In return for obtaining one-third of the production, the contributor receives two-thirds of the production.
What is the nature of agriculture in the company?
The company practices organic farming without the use of fertilizers and chemical substances to produce organic products suitable for export and achieve higher financial returns.
How are profits distributed?
At the end of each year, after selling the crop, the company distributes the profits among the contributors. The distribution is based on a ratio of two-thirds for the contributor and one-third for the company, covering the expenses related to agriculture, labor, fertilizers, and project management throughout all stages of cultivation and production. Contributors can receive their profits either through a bank check collected from the contracting location or through a bank transfer to their pre-registered account with the company during the contracting process.
What are the procedures for owning the contracted area?
After completing the cultivation of the entire area obtained by the company from the government, the company submits a request for ownership rights to the government. The government appoints a committee to inspect the land. Once the company receives the ownership contract from the government, it offers payment facilitation according to a maximum ten-year timeline. The ownership fees are deducted from the contributor's profits, and the contributor does not play any role in this process. The company provides ownership facilitation to the contributor.
